free status page

A free status page that updates itself

Uptimepage gives one project a public status page for $0 a month, with no card and no expiry. Monitoring is built in, so a failing check opens the incident and the page tells your users before they have to ask. Pro removes our badge and puts the page on your own domain.

What the free page includes

One branded status page on your own subdomain, with your logo and colours and up to 15 components. Incidents, scheduled maintenance and subscribers come with it, so the free page is a working status page, not a teaser with the notifications switched off.

It updates without you

Every component is a monitor. Twenty monitors check every 3 minutes from 3 of our 13 regions, and a check that fails opens an incident and posts it to the page. You add a note when you know more, but nobody has to remember to turn the page red at 2 a.m.

Subscribers hear it first

Visitors subscribe by confirmed email or signed webhook and get every incident and maintenance update. The people who care most stop refreshing the page and stop writing to support, and the webhook lets another system act on the update without anyone copying it across.

An uptime bar nobody can edit

The bar on the page comes from real checks with a confirmation rule, not from which incidents someone chose to publish. There is no button that turns a red day green, on the free plan or any other, so the number your users read is the number your checks measured.

What free does not include

A free page carries a small "Powered by Uptimepage" line in its footer. Pro, at $9 a month, is white-label, serves the page on your own domain, and raises the limits to 50 monitors checked every 60 seconds from every region. If you would rather not depend on us at all, the same code is AGPL and self-hosts with no plan limits.

Free means free

No card, no trial clock, no surprise bill, and it is fine for business use. If the free limits ever change for new signups, anything already on your account is grandfathered. The product is open source, so we are not staking the company on locking you in.

FAQ

Is the status page really free?
Yes. The Standard plan is $0 a month with no card and no expiry. It includes one status page with up to 15 components, 20 monitors checked every 3 minutes, and email and webhook subscribers.
Can I use the free plan for a business?
Yes. The free plan is fine for business use, with 3 teammate seats and every alert channel type.
Can I remove the Powered by line?
On Pro. A free page shows a small "Powered by Uptimepage" line in its footer. Pro, at $9 a month, is white-label and can serve the page on your own domain.
Will the status page stay up when my app is down?
Yes. The public page is cached and served independently, so it keeps loading even when the service it reports on is struggling.
What happens when I outgrow it?
Move to Pro at $9 a month for 50 monitors, 60-second checks, every region, two status pages and your own domain. Or self-host the AGPL code, which has no plan limits.
