Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-23
This policy explains when you can get your money back for a paid uptimepage plan. It restates what our Terms of Service say, and the Terms win if the two ever differ.
Who handles refunds
Paid plans are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for every order. Paddle takes the payment and issues every refund, to the payment method you used. Paddle's own refund policy also applies.
14 days to change your mind
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, and get a full refund, taxes included, within 14 days of your notice. Your organisation returns to its free plan.
To withdraw, use any of these:
- the withdrawal button in Paddle's customer portal, reached from the "Manage subscription" link in your order confirmation email or at https://paddle.net
- a refund request at https://paddle.net
- an email to hello@uptimepage.dev with your account email and order date
After the first 14 days
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays in place until the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded. You can cancel any time in billing settings.
We refund the unused part of the current period when:
- we reduce the limits of a paid plan you hold and you cancel because of it
- we make a material change to the Terms and you cancel before it takes effect
Nothing here limits a refund you are owed under the law of the country where you live.
Free plans
Standard and Founding cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
